Mutual Housing at Spring Lake

WaterSprout was honored to be a part of this award winning multi-family affordable housing  project for local farm-workers. This LEED platinum & Zero-Net Energy project was the first in the nation to be certified under the Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home program. WaterSprout design/built a greywater system to re-use laundry water to irrigate the landscape.
