An adaptive re-use of the Alameda Landmark Del Monte Cannery, this mixed-use project contains retail, 309 live-work and residential units. Rainwater is harvested from the building’s roof and stored in a series of underground tanks. WaterSprout’s Commercial Rainwater Skid will utilize the 112,000 gallons of stored rainwater to provide supplemental irrigation & flush water for toilets.
