Healdsburg's Saggio Hills Affordable Housing Development is the City's first step in fulfilling its affordable housing commitments and is a key part of Healdsburg's overall housing strategy for sustainable growth, aimed at providing affordable housing options for local workers and neighbors. The development will consist of 118-units affordable housing, a 3,000-square-foot community building and essential infrastructure and transportation enhancements that will benefit the entire community.
WaterSprout designed multiple greywater systems which will collect greywater from the common laundry rooms located in various buildings on the project site, and recycle the greywater for landscape irrigation. The system's are estimated to save 525K gallons of water per year.
