WaterSprout is working on an exciting project in Carmel, CA on the Santa Lucia Preserve. The Santa Lucia Conservancy is dedicated to preserving 18,000 acres of wildland and is committed to integrating the natural environment into it’s remaining 2,000 acres of infrastructural development. With almost 50K gallons of rainwater storage, and a greywater system for irrigation, this residential home is dedicated to ecological conservation and preservation. Woodside, CA

With the summer heating up in California thoughts invariably turn to Wildfires and the damage they can cause to homes and buildings on the wildland urban interface. WaterSprout designed/installed an exterior fire sprinkler system which protects 4 buildings on a 7.3-acre residential site in the Woodside hills. The system is designed to supply a whopping 350 gallons per minute to spray down the buildings and adjacent landscaping! Enso Village, Healdsburg

Enso Village in Healdsburg is a Life Plan Community focused on mindful aging, the joys of nature, and environmental stewardship. WaterSprout is helping them to achieve these goals through water conservation. WaterSprout is working on a project to supply almost 20,000 gallons of rainwater to the community garden at this senior living center. With sustainability at its core, Enso Village is dedicated to intentional living and personal reflection. Exterior fire sprinkler systems help to prevent damage to buildings from wildfires by wetting combustible materials on and around the building. WaterSprout designed & installed a system which draws water from the 40,000 gallon pool to supply eight roof mounted sprinklers. In addition two fire hose stand pipes are installed for users to combat hot-spots. The system can be remotely activated using a phone app or web browser. We Support Access to Clean Water For All

There are many organizations doing great work with water these days. One organization we are inspired by is DigDeep, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean water to every American. Their Navajo Water Project is providing safe, clean drinking water to homes in Navajo Nation, where 30% of families live without running water. WaterSprout will be donating 2% of our 2022 profits to DigDeep and their ongoing efforts. The Navajo Water Project
Napa Valley Winery

A Napa Valley Winery was interested in reducing their water footprint so WaterSprout created and implemented a plan to intercept existing site drainage. The system collects and filters rainwater from over 16,000 sq ft. of roof and hardscape areas prior to storage in the existing irrigation water tanks and is estimated to collect and use 340,000 gallons annually. Drought and climate change have taxed the groundwater basins in Northern California’s winemaking region. We believe the best strategy for maintaining groundwater sustainability and long term health of the wine industry is to capture rainwater for irrigation usage.
