Project Description

WaterSprout is working on an exciting project in Carmel, CA on the Santa Lucia Preserve. The Santa Lucia Conservancy is dedicated to preserving 18,000 acres of wildland and is committed to integrating the natural environment into it’s remaining 2,000 acres of infrastructural development. With almost 50K gallons of rainwater storage, and a greywater system for irrigation, this residential home is dedicated to ecological conservation and preservation. Additionally, this project is striving to achieve the Living Building Challenge certification from the International Living Future Institute, making it one of the first residential homes in California to do so!
