As the first permitted greywater system in Pinole, this 70 unit multi-family housing complex is ahead of the curve. The laundry facilities feed water to WaterSprout’s Integrated Greywater System. This water is stored, filtered and pumped to the irrigation system, keeping the landscape perfectly irrigated.
